Payment and Returns

Returns will be accepted provided they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for any and all returns to be considered. All new goods purchased are covered against defect for 1 year. Refurbished or second-hand goods carry a 30-day warranty, unless otherwise specified. Warranties apply to hardware defect only, and do not cover accidental damage, misuse, user error, viruses, slow system performance due to spyware, or any other issues not directly related to hardware component failure.
